All appointments require a deposit to block off time and to have artwork prepared before you arrive. For cancellations please allow at least a 48 hour notice before your scheduled appointment day or you will lose your deposit. Artwork is not sent over email it must be viewed in person. If your artist already started to prepare artwork your deposit is non-refundable.

State Requirements

State law requires that anyone under the age of 18 and no less than 16 must have a notarized release and consent form signed by a legal guardian in order to get a tattoo or piercing. Guardian is not required to be present during the procedure or on location as long as minor has the signed and notarized consent form.
